Well, I don't have a new subliminal ready quite yet, haven't had time to record. But I decided to update my very first subliminal, since I know a bit more of what to add now and how to construct my subliminals better!

Be aware: Looking at the word for word affirmations can sometimes slow down results for some. For others, saying them out loud can help achieve better results. Experiment and know which works better for you.

As always, with subliminals:
💜 Stay healthy, hydrated, and keep up with selfcare.
💜Different methods work for different people (try out loud vs using headphones (one or two), louder affirmations vs inaudible ones, listening while working vs listening while sleeping/relaxing, listening for months vs listening for a few days or weeks).
💜 If it doesn't feel right, don't keep listening to it. Trust your intuition.
💜 ANY results you DON'T want among the affirmations, you WON'T get. You only will get the results you truly desire.
💜 Your greatest tool is visualization. If you visualize your results (just in your imagination, or with a pinterest board, vision board, drawing, etc) you may achieve faster results. SEE IT AND BELIEVE IT.
💜While the Law of Attraction is great to use, I personally recommend the Law of Assumption. Tell yourself you already have the results you want and believe it.
