Session 12: What is Non Disclosure Agreement or Confidentiality Agreement?

A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or Confidentiality Agreement is a legally binding contract that establishes a legal relationship between the two parties where one party discloses the confidential information, and the second party receives it. A non-disclosure agreement is one of the most commonly executed agreements and is used for various purposes. In order to be enforceable, the Non-disclosure agreement shall have all the clauses of a valid agreement.
