So, I will be unfolding the same pattern with a cellphone, to show how easy it is. You can use CaldereriaOnline.com in the field, after taking the measurements of the pattern you need, unfold it with CaldereriaOnline.com and send the DXF file you downloaded to your workshop, to have it made for you and get it back to site for installation.

For this case we have the following dimensions:
Base: 1500 mm x 1500 mm | R: 14 mm [~ 1.29 * 6 + 6]
Top circle D: 1600 mm
H: 900 mm
T: 6 mm
