In 2017, I became a first time mom to both a toddler & an infant through adoption. Our oldest son was adopted internationally from Korea and to our surprise, 6months later we became parents to our youngest son through a domestic adoption here in the US. As a Korean-American couple who has openly shared our journey, we hope to answer some hard questions and change some of the cultural stigmas about adoption. Oh, and to show that we are pretty much like any other family out there: full of crazy & beautiful moments. We are not a Perfect Family...but we are a Forever Family.

*Sidenote: It is difficult to capture everything I want to express in several minutes of video. Adoption is complex and no two stories are the same. I do not speak for the entire adoption community nor the Korean/Asian community. These experiences are personal to me as my own and I am ever evolving and learning more and more each day.
