It’s not about how much weight you lift but how well you move—slow, controlled reps deliver the best results.
From chemical engineer to intellectual property attorney, to fitness trainer, and now a busy mom chasing my energetic toddler, I understand the need to make every workout count. Exercise is my ultimate mood booster and a source of energy and focus no matter what life brings. Whether you’ve got 10 minutes or an hour, there’s always an opportunity to move and feel amazing.
