Hi there and welcome! I’m Sydney Hale, a movement facilitator, lifelong dancer, and certified Pilates Instructor based in Brooklyn, New York. My own journey through health struggles and injuries taught me how movement can be used to heal and strengthen the body holistically without leaving it depleted or in pain.
I hold certifications as a Pilates Instructor, Mobility Specialist through Functional Range Conditioning® (FRC), and in Fascia Flossing. I have also completed years of continuing education in rehabilitative movement, lymphatic drainage, and holistic movement perspectives, which all shape the practices I share here.
