A consistent yoga practice can add great value to physical and mental health. My classes are breath-centered with an emphasis on getting yourself into the present moment and out of your head. Practicing yoga is an amazing way to increase strength and flexibility, gain mental clarity, and really to take care of yourself in a very effective way.
