Chicken and Onion Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients:
6-8 chicken thighs, cleaned and cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tsp salt
White pepper (to taste)
4 tsp sugar
1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
Oyster sauce, to taste
Soy sauce, to taste
Chinese rice wine, to taste
1 tsp sesame oil
Olive oil, for cooking
1 tsp cornstarch
1 large red onion, chopped
Instructions:

Marinate the Chicken:

In a large bowl, combine the chicken thighs with 1 tsp salt, white pepper, sugar, and chicken bouillon powder.
Drizzle in oyster sauce, soy sauce, Chinese rice wine, sesame oil, and a splash of olive oil. Adjust the amounts according to your taste preferences.
Mix thoroughly to ensure the chicken is evenly coated.
Sprinkle 1 tsp cornstarch over the mixture and stir well to combine.
