Transform Images for Impact with Photoshop Luminosity Masks

Описание к видео Transform Images for Impact with Photoshop Luminosity Masks

Luminosity masks let us select very precise shadow, highlight and midtone ranges in images so that those tones can be adjusted (whether with contrast, color, darkness/light, etc.) to produce images with greater impact; yet, that appear natural and as if they could have been produced in camera.

In this Part 1 Luminosity Masks video workshop I'll demonstrate how to work with the TK Lum-Mask Panel plugin by Tony Kuyper. I show how to get the Free plugin from the Adobe Exchange, and how to quickly generate luminosity masks on Photoshop adjustment layers to selectively enhance tonal ranges in your images. The three demos include landscape, travel and portrait photos using a mix of the Lum-Mask plugin's tools.

NOTE: This video assumes a basic understanding of how Ps masks work. And, I have no affiliation with the developer of the plugin.
