DHAKA SESSIONS is thrilled to be kicking off Season 2 with Arbovirus – one of the most popular rock bands in Bangladesh. The only way to describe this session is fun, fun, and a whole lot of fun! It is a treat to experience the hard hitting sounds of the band in acoustic.
Formed in 2002, Arbovirus has a unique sound that incorporates metal, grunge, and funk - reflecting the different musical tastes of the band. Their lyrical style is also fresh, and highly influenced by contemporary issues.
With a band motto of “get infected”, Arbovirus has been infecting their fan followers with their brand of music on 3 studio albums and 12 singles. It’s just the kind of virus you want to get infected with. – Lori Simpson
