Lesson Description:
This move requires the Leader to be extra aware of their partners' needs. All discomfort, if any, must be absorbed by the Leader. They must even be ready to ""eat their own elbow"" if necessary.

Two bodies are simultaneously spinning in close proximity, thus the line between success and disaster lurks dangerously close. Go slow in the beginning before ramping up to a full blown ""Barrel Roll.""
