CFRTP Thermoplastic Carbon Fiber UD Tape Slitting Machine for 6.35mm

Last year we set up this Thermoplastic Carbon Fiber UD Tape Slitting Machine for the market requirement.

On the basis of CFRTP UD tape slitting experiences accumulations, we design this thermoplastic Carbon UD tape by our own engineering team.
It combines all the technologies on the slitting disc knives, rewinding shaft control, and all the software program.

As necessary equipment between the CFRTP UD Tape Prepreg machine and Automated Fiber Placement (AFP), the UD Tape Slitter rewinder machines play key roles in the process.

All the UD Tapes could be slit into 1/4" or 1/8" for Auto Fiber Placement in the next consequence.
