Farm to Table Beef. Selling Beef Direct. No Middle Man!

In this video, We document a fun time for our little operation. We finally start selling beef direct from our farm. We raised two steers for processing. Our marketing approach is to sell 1/2, 1/4, 1/8 and even smaller bundles of beef. We utilized Blue Bonnet Meat in Trenton, TX to do our processing for us.
