Join Kristyn in this deep dive full length yoga nidra practice for letting go. In this 50 minute experience, you'll be guided into a deeply relaxed state and invited to connect to the wisdom of Autumn and to embrace the natural changes occurring in the environment all around you. This practice is designed to help you create a deep sense of emotional resiliency so that you can feel empowered to let go of anything that's no longer needed, anything that's holding you back, weighing you down, knowing that it is safe for you to let go. Just like to trees let go of their leaves in the Fall, releasing the weight of the past, you too can let go and release all of that energy to return back to yourself, the same way the trees return all of that energy back home to their root system.

This practice invites you to observe all the ways in which Mother Nature accepts, surrenders, and let's go, with the deep knowing that in every experience of letting go, there is a creation of space for something new, a new beginning. Although sometimes the most challenging, this moment is a critical step in any journey of transformation. Relax into the knowing that there is nothing that you need to do, simply relax back and listen. Be invited to let go, if and when, you feel ready. This practice invites you to reveal what you feel called to let go of, and to harness a deep sense of Ishvara Pranidhana, Surrender. Developing trust that the universe will provide all that you need and the rest will fall away. It's okay to let go. It's okay to be free.

Yoga Nidra is a completely effortless form of guided meditation that carries you through the different brainwave states that we naturally experience when we go to bed at night. Only here, we can get there in just a couple of minutes. Imagine your most healing, powerful, peaceful state of relaxation discovered in just a couple of minutes. In the deepest brainwave states there is an acute sense of awareness still present, a peaceful state where one might feel blissful, floating between a state of waking and sleeping. This practice is sometimes referred to as 'wakeful sleep' or 'conscious sleep'. Emerge feeling rested, rejuvenated, and with a deep sense of resiliency.
