Quick dry glue: https://go.magik.ly/ml/1x2bz/
Corn Starch: https://go.magik.ly/ml/1x2c3/
Fabric (for eyes): https://go.magik.ly/ml/1x2c4/
Lace Fabric (for lace ghosts): https://go.magik.ly/ml/1x2c8/
Cheesecloth (for standard ghosts, i used 2 packs): https://go.magik.ly/ml/1x2cd/
Plain white balloons: https://go.magik.ly/ml/1x2cn/

Directions:
1. Mix one part glue, one part water. add 1-2tbsp of corn starch and mix all together
2. Fully submerge fabric/cheesecloth into glue mixture, then strain it out
3. Place the fabric over the balloon stand, add fabric 'eyes', then let it dry for at least 12hrs
4. Pop the balloon the following day..voila!!
