Resep Nasi Goreng Merah (untuk 3-4 porsi)

Bahan:
650 gr nasi putih

Bahan isian:
100 gr hati ayam, rebus
70 gr kekian
5 buah bakso sapi
2 butir telur

Bahan saus:
4 sdm saus tomat merah
2 sdt kecap ikan
1 sdm saus raja rasa
1 sdm saus tiram
½ sdm kecap manis
3 tetes pewarna merah

Bahan lainnya:
1 batang daun bawang
1 sdm margarin
8 siung bawang putih
8 siung bawang merah
1 sdt garam
¼ sdt merica
½ sdm gula pasir
½ sdt penyedap

Pelengkap lainnya:
timun
jeruk nipis
sambal rawit

Langkah:
1. Cincang halus bawang putih, iris bawang merah dan iris besar daun bawang
2. Iris bakso, kekian dan hati ayam
3. Panasakan sedikit minyak, goreng telur hingga wangi lalu masukkan bakso, kekian dan hati ayam, masak hingga sedikit kecokelatan, sisihkan
4. Tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah hingga wangi lalu masukkan nasi, aduk rata
5. Masukkan saus tomat, kecap ikan, saus tiram, saus raja rasa, garam, merica dan gula pasir, aduk rata
6. Campurkan kecap manis dengan sedikit pewarna, aduk rata lalu masukkan ke dalam nasi, aduk rata
7. Masukkan topping, daun bawang dan margarin, aduk rata lalu tambahkan penyedap, masak sesaat
8. Nasi goreng merah siap disajikan

Red Fried Rice Recipe (yield 3-4 servings)

Ingredients:
650 g white rice

Toppings:
100 g chicken liver, boiled
70 g kekian
5 pc beef meatball
2 pc egg

Sauces:
4 tbsp red tomato sauce
2 tsp fish sauce
1 tbsp Raja Rasa sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
½ tbsp sweet soy sauce
3 drop red food coloring

Others:
1 pc green onion
1 tbsp margarine
8 clove garlic
8 pc shallots
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ tbsp sugar
½ tsp MSG

Add-ons:
Cucumber
Lime
Thai Chili Sambal

Steps:
1. Mince the garlic finely. Slice the shallots and green onions.
2. Slice the meatballs, kekian, and chicken liver.
3. Heat some oil. Fry the eggs until fragrant, then add meatballs, kekian, and chicken liver. Cook until lightly browned, then set aside.
4. Sauté the garlic and shallots until fragrant, then add rice. Stir well.
5. Add tomato sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, Raja Rasa sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir well.
6. Mix the food coloring with sweet soy sauce. Add into the rice, then stir well.
7. Add the toppings, green onions, and margarine. Stir, then add MSG. Cook for a moment.
8. Red Fried Rice is ready to serve.
