3. Automated Screw Tightening
4. Vision inspection at each station to ensure assembly quality

• Visual Inspection for glue dispensing
• Ensure Accurate Glue Volume and Dispensing Position

2. PCB and Die-Cast parts Assembly
• Automatic Robotic assembly
• Visual Inspection and Positioning before Assembly

3. Automated Screw Tightening
• Automatic screw tightening
• Real-time recording of the screw tightening process images
• Screwing torque, angle detection and recording
• Visual Inspection and Positioning of Screw Locations after Assembly
• Laser detection of screw height
