How to make steak and kidney pie.

Here I will show you how to make a steak and kidney pie. You can omit the kidneys, add more pepper or freshly grind black peppercorns for a steak pie.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil
1 chopped onion
3 bay leaves
3 whole allspice
1 teaspoon peppercorns or to taste
2 cloves grated garlic
500g steak cubes
200g cubed lamb kidneys
1-2 teaspoons salt
1-2 teaspoons pepper
2 tablespoons sago, soaked in water

Pastry as needed.
