Surprise Rolls |

Here I share with you my favourite home made bread recipe. This is my go to recipe that I use as a base for many types of bread. I make bread, garlic rolls, tear and share, mini rolls as well as these surprise rolls to mention a few.

These surprise rolls brings back fond memories of my mom. She used to make freshly baked bread most Sundays and public holidays when there were no fresh bread available in the shops. Next day it will still be soft and tasty.

I had some left over mince curry which I used as a filling for my surprise rolls. You can use any filling of your choice. Hence it’s called surprise rolls 😊
