Hey! Usually my arm workouts are 5 minutes, but if you are ready to level up; this workout is 10 minutes (2 back to back arm workouts). You will tone your biceps, triceps and shoulders. I recommend doing these videos 3 to 4x a week to see results. Start with 2 LB weights and workout your way up to 3 or 5 LB weights.
