Laccha Pyaz Paratha with Raw Mango Chutney

For Aata
~ Wheat Flour
~ salt
~ Water
For stuffing:
3-4 Onions Slice the onions as shown in the video.
⁠2 chopped green chillies
⁠⁠Chopped coriander leaves
⁠Salt
⁠1 tbsp red chilli powder
⁠1/2 tosp Aamchur powder
⁠1/2 tosp chaat masala
⁠1/2 tosp black salt
⁠1/2 tosp jeera
⁠1/2 tosp coriander powder
• Mix it well & our stuffing is ready.

Make Parathas and Stuff Onion Stuffing.
⁠Cook Well From Both sides and Apply Butter .

For chutney:
Oil
⁠4-5 tomatoes - Cut into halves.
⁠Raw Mango - cut into half
⁠7-8 garlic cloves
⁠Green Chillies
⁠Salt
Roast them from both the sides properly & then remove the skin.
Transfer to a Chopper
• Add 1 chopped onion
• ⁠Fresh Coriander
• ⁠jeera
• ⁠Red chilli powder
• ⁠salt
• ⁠Black salt
• ⁠Chaat masala
• Mix it well in chopper and Chutney is ready.
