Two Kraken Cocktails | Kraken Spiced Rum | Booze On The Rocks

Today on Booze On The Rocks we make Two Kraken Cocktails. These two simple cocktails are easy to make and so full of flavor. The first is a Kraken and Cola. The Second is a Kraken Kramble which is based on a Bramble by Dick Bradsell. These are fantastic simple cocktails that anyone can enjoy. Try it and tell me what you think.

KRAKEN AND COLA

2 oz/60 ml Kraken Rum
6 oz/180 ml Cola

Method

1. Build in glass in order of ingredients.
2. Stir Gently.
3. Garnish with a Lime Wedge.

KRAKEN KRAMBLE

4 Blackberries
.25 oz/7.5 ml Lemon Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Creme de Cassis
1.75 oz/52.5 ml Kraken Rum

Method

1. Add Blackberries to glass and Muddle gently.
2. Add some crushed Ice.
3. Add remaining ingredients to a shaker tin.
4. Shake with crushed ice for 10 seconds.
5. Free pour contents into glass.
6. Top with crushed Ice
7. Garnish with 2 Blackberries.
