How to Build a Home Kettlebell Gym for Under $200.

You can build an entire DIY gym in your house for under $200, 6 square feet of space, and just 5 pieces of equipment. Here’s how!

Ladies should start with 15 lbs for presses and 20-25 for the swing.

The end goal for women is about 20-30 for presses, and 35-50 for swings. As you see progress you can make fairly big jumps in swing weight. Like 10 lb increments. For the press your progress may come more slowly.

Men are a bit tougher, but generally I'd start men pressing at least 25lbs and swinging a 35. Men should aim to press between 35-50, and swing 50-70lbs.
