Welcome to part one of my four part series; “How to become a fully RX’d athlete and qualify for Quarterfinals”, In this first video, I go over the THREE primary components of functional fitness.
Without all three, it is VERY hard to make it into Quarterfinals, RX workouts, etc.
But with all three components, you will be a well-rounded athlete ready to tackle anything.
