Welcome to part 2 of my 3 part series: "Get Strong for CrossFit®". In this video, I'm going to share with you some secrets for building raw - or absolute - strength. Your ability to grow your strength base is what is going to be the driving force of success in CrossFit®. When you focus on building the foundations of absolute strength, you'll see it filter up they pyramid and into your relative strength, power and gymnastics skills.

Watch this video to find out how we build absolute strength and how to find out where your weaknesses lie before tackling them. You might know what your strength numbers are but have no idea how to stack them relatively against each other. I'm going to give you an insight into how we do this and how we start to create more balance.
