Comparing my Christmas Quadruppel to Chimay Blue

In this video I compare my first attempt at a Belgian style quadruppel and compare it to the King of Quads: Chimay Gran Reserve (Chimay Blue), considered by many to be the best beer in the world. Obviously my beer is nowhere near the Trappists' in terms of quality, but I was truly curious since I used SafBrew T-58, which allegedly is the same yeast Chimay uses.
