Chimay 150 is the result of generations of wizard-like Trappist monk brewers who have been working their magic for 150 years in Chimay's brewery. A limited edition (150,000 bottles) of Chimay 150 was brewed for the very first time for the brewery's 150th anniversary. So it was at a time, a very rare, elusive beer. Due to the strong demand of the privileged few who had the opportunity to taste it, Chimay decided to add this exceptional beer to its permanent assortment.
