Ingredients

2 Tbsp Ghee
50 gms cashews
1/2 Tbsp chopped lasun (garlic )
1/2 Tbsp chopped adrak (ginger)
1 - medium onion sliced
2 chopped green chillis
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp red chilli pd
chopped mint leaves - a handfull
chopped cilantro - a handfull
250 gms cooked basmati rice

method
======
take a saucepan on medium heat
add Ghee. Wait for ghee to get hot
add cashews. Fry till light brown
remove fried cashews.
add chopped garlic , chopped ginger
stir fry 30 seconds. add sliced onions
fry till onions are soft. add chopped green chillis
add garam masala
mix well. add salt
mix well
add red chilli pd . Mix well
add chopped mint leaves. add chopped cilantro
add Cashews fried earlier
mix well
add cooked basmati rice
mix well for 2 mins
serve Cashew Pulao
