EX Mode Waggle Wobbly Firaga is the funniest thing ever on this stage. Feral Chaos was so busy dodging that I didn't even need to equip Battle Hammer; he didn't even have enough time to attack and build up his assist as is!

EX Mode Scatter Spray Blizzaga is sickeningly strong, even if its overall damage is still nerfed compared to that of the first game's. The smaller ice chunks can hit twice, making it one of the most powerful attacks in the game if everything connects. And when you tack on all the damage that WWF is adding when holding your target in place, that adds up to an incredible amount of damage.

Sephiroth assist did his job adequately, comboing off of WWF hitstun to set up Havoc Wing for wall rush. Sometimes Feral Chaos was so busy dodging that I could just toss out a random Sephiroth assist and punish his dodges anyway. Between WWF, SSB, Sephiroth, and Kefka's own Havoc Wing, Feral Chaos is nothing more than prey running scared in a tiny little cage.

Finally, chasing (via Extra Crispy Firaga) is actually quite safe if you've got a lot of WWFs flying around due to Kefka's EX mode. Either Feral Chaos will be hit by WWF right at the start of chase and become unable to dodge, or he dodges your chase attack but gets hit by a stray WWF before his attack, thus setting you up for Havoc Wing anyway.
