PRO Tips Surfboard Glass on Fins, Hotcoat, Sanding production style!

PRO TIPS, TECHNIQUES and resin secrets! Learn how to glass on fins without rovings, layer resin and never waste tape on rails again while hot-coating like the pros! This is part two of glassing a board with an opaque colour fade and reverse laps. In this video I'm using filler and laminating resin with a combination of UV and MEKP catalysts to glass on an asymmetrical fin set, build a hard edge in the tail of the board and hot-coat the bottom and deck while layering resin where it's needed to avoid burn throughs while sanding! Then I run through the sanding process including paper grits and pad densities to get the perfect flat finish and a light board like they do in high production glassing factories! Watch closely!
