Ingredients
1 zucchini
3 tomatoes
1 eggplant
200 g sausage
20 small pieces of mozzarella cheese
A few basil leaves (shredded into pieces)
olive oil
oregano
salt
pepper

Dressing
2 tablespoons EX olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
salt to taste

Recipe
Cut zucchini, tomatoes, eggplant, and sausage into slices of less than 1 cm.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and oregano over the zucchini, eggplant,
and tomatoes and bake in a 200°C oven for 10 minutes.
While still hot, place a toothpick of mozzarella on top of the zucchini.
