Set Up Your Sweep with this Strike Combo (Judo + Muay Thai)

Judo and Muay Thai were meant to work together! They have so much in common (body positioning, movement, control of balance, a general goal of domination) and I strive to bring them together for both Self Defense and use in combat sports such as MMA, Sport Jujitsu, etc.

In this video, I teach an easy combination that will allow you to set up your Judo takedown with some Muay Thai/Boxing strikes in an easy way that you can incorporate into your game right away. Hope you learn something and hope you enjoy!
