The weather held off for us this morning and my recovering lungs did too. A cracking parkrun which really tests my sense of direction at times lol. I always like to keep someone in my line of sight or who knows where I would end up . This park has various bike trails also which I am yet to have a blast on. Hope you enjoy the video x.
