My current hypertrophy program based on a modified upper lower split. This is a unique workout plan that specializes the back, side delts, and calves.

Coming out of my Worlds contest prep, I’m now aiming to rebuild strength on my favourite compound movements. I’m being careful about training volumes and programming, specifically for the squat, bench, and deadlift.
