This video shows the entire automated SPE operation from beginning to end. The Zinsser Speedy system performs automated SPE using positive pressure from the top, delivered via the probes. Each tube or well is independently controlled, offering a more reliable extraction system than vacuum-based arrangements that are subject to single-well vacuum breakthrough and subsequent inefficient extraction.
