🍳Instant Pot Beef & Cheddar Ranch Potatoes:

🍳Beef Enchiladas:
1lb. ground beef
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup diced onions
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg corn tortillas (about 12)
Shredded cheese

* Preheat oven to 350. Brown meat with seasonings. Once done, drain if needed. Meanwhile in a sauce pan heat enchilada sauce and soup. Warm tortillas. Put around 1 teaspoon of meat mixture into each tortilla and place into 13x9 baking dish. Top with soup mixture and cheese. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes....I forgot to cover mine and it did fine.

🍳Deviled Eggs:
6 hard boiled eggs
2 TBSP mayo
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
Paprika

* Slice eggs in half lenghtwise. Remove yolks and set whites aside.
In a small bowl, mash yolks with a fork. Add mayo, sugar, mustard, vinegar, and salt. Mix well.
Stuff or Pipe into egg whites. Sprinkle with Paprika.
Refrigerate until serving.
