Receipe:
Ingredients:
1kg mutton
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste

Garam masala:
3 cloves
2 green cardamom
2 pieces javitri
10-15 black pepper corns
1 stick cinnamon bark
2 pieces bay leaf
2 whole dried red chillies
1 tsp shah jeera
2-3 green chillies chopped
7 whole garlic bulbs
2 tomatoes rhinkly sliced
6-7 onions sliced
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp black/ white pepper powder
300 ml mustard oil (smoking hot )

Mix everything up in pressure cooker and add smoking hot mustard oil . Cover the lid and cook over slow flame for 2 hours .
