Most people are born into a lifestyle they never question. City life, routine, crowds, noise — it becomes normal. But what if it’s a trap?
For most of human history, people didn’t live piled on top of each other. Cities are a very recent experiment — and a lot of people have never experienced anything else.
In this video, I talk about city life as a trap, why so many people never leave it, and how living closer to nature completely changed my happiness, stress levels, and outlook on life.
This isn’t about judging anyone’s choices. If city life works for you, that’s fine. But if something feels off… maybe it’s because it is.
There is a whole world outside the grind, the noise, and the concrete — and more people should experience it at least once.
