HERO System - Power Frame Works

This is one of the more complicated, but rewarding aspects of HERO System, and definitely one of the aspects of it that make it sing. The power to have more powers, but with some limits on how they can be used.

Because even with 300 some odd points, there's still only so many powers you can get. It's no coincidence that Champions 5e makes a lot of use of Multipowers for many of the sample archetypes.
