It's the middle of the night. You and your boyfriend went to bed hours ago, but you haven't slept a wink yet. You're looking out the window, into the distant skyline, something you often do when you're feeling troubled. And you do feel troubled...

You're running out of energy, physical and emotional. Things that used to excite you so much, don't spark the same joy on you anymore. All these weird feelings... you just wish you could talk about it.

Suddenly, your boyfriend's worried voice reaches your ears....

Hey Sunspots!

So this one has no drama, no big blowout, no fainting and no fight. This is just me, adressing plain old sadness and mixed up feeligns that can result in depression. This kind of issue is often brushed off by so many. But depression seriously affects everything in your life. And even starting to try to break through it, is a big mountain to climb.

That's the moral I want to show with this audio. Please not that there are many forms of depression, as it's a complicated mental health problem. So I unfortunately can't cater to everyone's specific situation. This audio is more like a story that can hopefully stil provide some relief if you need it.
