You're watching TV with your boyfriend when an ad for a diet help comes on. It looks pretty effective and you're wondering if you should try it. Your boyfriend tells you it's a scam and, once again, says you look perfect as you are. You're not too sure yourself.

He'll be making dinner soon, a time of day you've been starting to dread. But you've never breathed a word about it to anyone.

Eating disorders are scarily common. And they come in many different forms. That means their causes can differ quite a lot too. Some who struggle with it are afraid of losing control, while others deal with high anxiety or trauma. Living with these demons and eventually getting better is a long and difficult battle. Even harder when you're in it alone.

Please understand that this a very complicated problem that varies heavily from person to person. So it is nearly impossible for me to make this audio fit all possibilities.

This audios main purpose is temporary comfort and letting you know that there is always someone who can help you. If you struggle with similar problems, please find that person.
