Original Arabic Majboos Recipe : Arabic chicken majboos

Chicken as needed
6 middle sized onion
Arabic spices 2 spoons
Red pepper (as needed)
Black pepper corns one spoon
Turmeric (as needed)
Bay leaf 4 leaves
Coriander corn two spoons
Cinnamon 4 pieces
Cardamom. 1 spoon
Clove 1 spoon
4 star anise
4 dried lemmons
Raisin. 1 cup
Potato as needed
oil as needed
rice 5 cups
A few garlic clove
