Описание к видео NanoPi R6S - Unboxing and Quick Overview

The NanoPi R6S is powered by the Rockchip RK3588S. It is a dual-cluster core system with Quad-core ARM Cortex-A76 and Quad-core Cortex-A55 CPU. It comes with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM (64-bit, 2133MHz) and 32GB of eMMC. On the network connection, the R6S is similar to the R5S. It has a native Gigabit Ethernert port (RTL8211F-CG) and 2 2.5GbE PCIe Ethernet ports (RTL8125BG).
With the powerful NPU (up to 6 TOPS) and GPU (8K video encoding & decoding), the NanoPi R6S can be used for different applications. Besides FriendlyWrt 22.03 (a fork of OpenWRT), the R6S also runs Android TV 12 and Debian 10. Support for Ubuntu desktop is also coming soon.
In this video, I will unbox the NanoPi R6S and open the case to see the PCB inside. In the next one, I will boot up FriendlyWrt (which is pre-installed on the eMMC) and setup a working internet connection.
