Continuing with my bass boat restoration- I'm replacing the water pump on my Mercruiser 260/Chevy 350 engine on my Ranger 395V I/o bass boat. The water pump wasn't working like it should. I disassembled it and saw melted plastic- a sure sign that a previous operator ran the engine too long out of the water. I'll show you how I replaced it using a kit I bought online.
