I'm installing a new bellows on this 1984 Ranger 395-V I/o (inboard/outboard) bass boat. The engine is a Mercruiser 260/Chevy 350. This is for a Mercruiser Alpha1, Gen 1 stern drive. Bellows are flexible gaskets that seal the water out of a stern drive and allow the pass through of the drive shaft, exhaust and shift cables through the transom.
