Full Day of Eating for Weight Loss | Randy Santel Sexification 2021. Hey everyone thanks for watching this video!! Many people have asked for years, for me to do a full day of eating video which many other channels have done on YouTube. My girlfriend ‪@KatinaEatsKilos‬ helped me film this last Sunday, August 22nd, and putting it all together was a lot of fun!! This is a vlog style video where I showed my entire day, and included everything I ate and/or drank from when I woke up to right before going to sleep. I also included my exercises for the day and some of what I do for the business side of everything.
