How to screen print silicone transfer suede effect?

Preparation:
1.Mesh&squeegee:120(48T)mesh number;65-75 degree squeegee.
2.Silicone catalyst:Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 mixing ratio 2-3%.
3.Silicone thinner:XG-128AH mixing ratio 0-20%.
4.Silicone pigment:XG-Serise mixing ratio 10%.
5.Tunnel machine drying temp 120-130 degree.
6.Bake at 70 degree for 20 minutes.
7.Hot press 170 degree hot press 30 seconds.

Process:
Step1:Glue under print 8 layers
Glue XG-360R-2X 100G

Step2:Crossing linker print 2 layers
Crossing linker XG-360Z-3X 50G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 5G

Step3:Transfer silicone print 5 layers.
Transfer silicone XG-866A-2Y 100G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 2G
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 0-20G

Step4:Puff silicone print 3 layers.
Puff silicone XG-866ART 50G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 1G
Silicone pigment XG-serise 5G

Step5:Bake at 70 degree for 20 minutes.

Step6:Transfer to sticky paper.

Step7:Hot press 170 degree hot press 40-50 seconds.

Step8:After hot pressing,let cool for seconds before removing the sticker.
