How to Change Job in Poland ?

The foreigner will have 15 working days to do so (Article 9 section 21 of the amending Act). In the event that a foreigner fails to meet this obligation this may bring negative consequences for the foreigner, as the delivery of the letter during the inspection or in the course of the subsequent proceedings (e.g., in the case of withdrawal of the temporary residence and work permit) to the foreigner’s current address will be deemed effective (Article 9 section 22 of the amending Act).
