I'm introducing a easy pie recipe: Chinese style chive pie recipe, or someone call it leek pie. It's loved by lots of Chinese. We're going to making the pie with scrambled eggs, fried minced shoulder meat, and sweet potato vermicelli. It's homemade pie with simply seasoning. The handmadepie crust, with a little yeast, makes it taste a little bit crumbly on the sides and soft on the edge. Taste so good!

Pie crust:
All-purpose flour, 3 cups (500 g)
Warm water, 1 cup (250g)
Yeast powder, 1 g

Pie Filling:
Leek (chive), 750g
Dry sweet potato vermicelli, 200 g
Eggs, 3 Salt, 1/2 tbs
Chinese Pepper, 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper, 1/2 tsp
Canola Oil, 1 tbs
Pork shoulder meat, 150 g

Marinaded pork meat seasonings:
Salt, 1/2 tsp
Light soy sauce, 1 tsp
Dark soy sauce, 1/2 tsp
Cooking wine, 1/2 tsp
Chinese pepper, 1/8 tsp
Black Pepper, 1/8 tsp
Canola oil, 1 tsp
