全麥土司 Whole Wheat Toast

熟透的香蕉 Banana
無花果 Fig
獼猴桃 Kiwi

薑黃豆腐三明治 Turmeric Tofu Sandwich
全麥土司 Whole Wheat Toast
老豆腐150g Firm Tofu 150g
聖女果適量 Cherry Tomatoes to Taste
紫甘藍適量 Red Cabbage to Taste
香菜一小株 Coriander
松子一大匙 Pine Nut 1tbsp
生腰果50g Raw Cashew Nuts 50g
水30ml Water 30ml
鹽一小撮 A Pinch of Salt
黃芥末醬1.5小匙 Yellow Mustard Sauce 1.5 tsp
楓糖漿½小匙 Maple Syrup 1/2 tsp
檸檬汁一小匙 Lemon Juice 1tsp

熟鷹嘴豆35g Cooked Chickpeas 35g
生菜兩片 Two Pieces of Lettuce

鹽適量 Salt to Taste
黑胡椒適量 Black Pepper to Taste
